Jeff [redacted] brags about the quality of his products and his commitment to "provide and support you with the best... products," however, when I provided constructive feedback regarding the difficulty encountered with the Sports Research L-theanine dietary supplement purchased through Amazon, I had expected a timely reply. In point of fact, weeks have elapsed absent a reply.

The 200 mg softgels contained in the bottle of the Sports Research L-theanine dietary supplement are far too large and ergonomically difficult to swallow for the average consumer to tolerate.

I encountered great difficulty swallowing a softgel due to its dimensions and unusual configuration. The large size of the softgel, as well as its irregular shape and sharp ridge surrounding the circumference of the capsule scratched my throat. Perhaps the sharp ridge is an anomaly. If, rather, it is by design, I had suggested that this softgel be redesigned.

As a healthy and athletic person, I endeavor to maintain a very high level of fitness, however, this particular softgel is arduous, at best, to self administer.
