Again, [redacted] , as always we are happy to respond to your claims in order to more accurately represent our brand and products that have served many others much more positively than your personal experience Because clearly what they claim to have sold me or download was pure nonsense as in the days money back that they clearly say in all videos is - Customers purchase lifetime access to our workout program which is accessible via any device (mobile, laptop, tablet, etc) AND have the option to print out all workouts and meal plans However they choose to utilize the workouts, they have an option Our return policies are clearly stated in our terms of service accessible on every page of our website also when there is a link saying you have two download waiting it should have that warning I'm just guessing there is some small print somewhere - There is in fact a warning in place at the time of download and what you download is just useless PDF files no video really nothing in my opinion so - The customer is referring to the printable downloads of the complete program and meal plans They are extremely useful...however...only if you use them The customer chose not to do so, preferring a "bodybuilding" program instead customers beware they make it seem like a bodybuilding program from all his videos on [redacted] not only to make this purchase bait an switch period and - Every video on [redacted] states our program's mission to help you "TRAIN LIKE AN ATHLETE" Our program helps our users build lean, athletic muscle without EVER claiming to train you like a bodybuilder Company owner goes to great lengths to state that classic bodybuilding is NOT functional and NOT what we represent Our method of training and the differences therein are exactly why 500,users have chosen to subscribe to our offerings vs more traditional bodybuilding I may add some app download I never found - We believe the customer is referring to the Pack Promise web application that is included in your purchase of the [redacted] program The link to this is clearly located in the drop down menu located on every page of the workout In fairness, it does require the user to click the drop down icon that reads "CLICK HERE" however and I believe there so called forum base they claim to have is nothing other than [redacted] - Our forum is exclusive to our program owners providing them with an opportunity to discuss the programs and workouts much more specifically than is done on [redacted] We do have a similar interface / comment and reply infrastructure however realizing that people prefer the familiarity with this interaction now in fact not taking away from some people that it would work - We thank you for putting your dissatisfaction of not getting a "bodybuilding" program aside to acknowledge the masses that feel exactly opposite about the program than you do but saying I'm the fifth person in years that wanted a refund is clearly which in fact there was another person I seen a message from that had the same experience no answer when calling for his refund and it wasn't the 4th of July - We respond to each and every user question/inquiry within business hours (and beyond via our online ticket system) which has led to us receiving awards for customer satisfaction and service years in a row We pride ourselves on this as we do the effectiveness of the program when performed This customer in particular WAS refunded ON the 4th of July despite the fact that our offices were closed in observation of the holiday this may work for some but what they claim to offer and what you get are two huge different things period and are selling stuff they present - Actually, with over 500,users and counting, quite a few more than "some" have found that what is promised and what is received are in fact very much the same and in fact even greater than expected We take great pride in the results our programs deliver to those that choose to "train like athletes" and actually perform the training and workouts In fairness, the customer in question did not perform a single workout and cannot accurately comment on their effectiveness I thankful for the refund but I am ungrateful to the next victim to fall to this thanks a lot [redacted] t - We are more than happy to have obliged [redacted] refund and again, did so on the 4th of July...within hours of his initial request We understand the discipline and effort needed to complete our programs is not for everybody Those that do have the dedication and sincere willingness to perform the workouts in the program are looked at with great respect and positivity We refer to our customers as "TEAM ATHLEAN" and treat them as part of the team Victims are unwelcome! We wish [redacted] nothing but the best in his pursuit of the "bodybuilding" program he seeks and are glad to welcome him to the team should he not find a program capable of delivering the type of results he seeks

Jeff Cavaliere is in a class of his own when it comes to training and physical therapy. I have been watching his youtube channel and using his programs for years now and I'm in the best shape I've ever been in (this includes when I was in my 20's!) I highly recommend him and his products to anyone I meet.

With this package traveling internationally to *** it appears that it was hung up in customs and not delivered to the customer? Once this was confirmed with the shipping company *** we provided a refund as shown in the attached screenshot on 8/1/

I will start off by saying that our customer WAS refunded for his purchase.  To follow that however, I would like to clarify various elements of his claim.

We do not offer a 60 day money back guarantee.  We never have on our digitally delivered products as we have no recoverability of them once they are
downloaded.  We do offer our customers 90 days of direct one on one support following the purchase of their program to answer any questions they may
have or exercise/nutrition substitution needs based on their individual strengths/weaknesses.

[redacted] called on the 4th of July.  Our offices were closed in observance of the national holiday.  We did see his 9 attempted phone calls and 2 voice messages
on Monday morning at the open of business. 
 
That said, his concerns were personally addressed via [redacted] by our company owner, as he was refunded on the 4th.  He did say that he would rescind his complaint
on [redacted] when he received his refund but never followed through with this despite receiving the refund.

I will do it personally so you can enjoy your day more than you are now however. I will add that you are mistaken in another comment you made. You said you wanted a "bodybuilding program". You are definitely in the wrong place. We don't create bodybuilders, we create athletes. Lean, athletic, functional, fat free muscle. No point of having the physique if you can't do anything with it. Should you decide to change your view, let us know and we'd love to have you back on TEAM ATHLEAN! I think it's where you will ultimately see the best long term results as the others on the team can vouch for.

[redacted]t When that takes place I will also cancel the dispute with the Revdex.com just not a program for me when I first started out this is what I was doing but wanted more size after getting down to 162 like I said it's just not the program for me

We explicitly state in our terms of services that returns are not available on our digitally delivered products once downloaded.  We time stamp and track all download activity for this reason.  Generally, if somebody is as unhappy with their purchase as [redacted] was, downloading the program never even occurs.

As stated, this customer was refunded on the 4th of July, the day he made us aware of his dissatisfaction when searching for a "bodybuilding" program (again, while our programs help our users build muscle it does so while catering to training athletes with functional aspirations and not purely bodybuilders).

Review: purchased the program for 97.00 and was not as what was advertised backed by the so called 60day back of moneys when I contacted them through email cause they never answered there phone on a number of times through the day on there normal business hours I got an email back saying I couldn't get a refund cause I downloaded the program which consisted od 6 print pages with there workout and meal plan no videos which they also say you get in the package but there not downloads so I'm guessing that how they get your money its a complete disapointment and I would like a refundDesired Settlement: my 97.00 be returned immediate
