Review: I paid for order [redacted] but never received the shipment. My requests for a refund were ignored.Desired Settlement: I request a refund.

Review: I received a box of nutrition bars from the company and they were all torn and damaged upon arrival. They told me to send pictures and I did and they still refuse to assist me or refund me or even reship the product. They were not helpful in the least and I want to know that they do not stick behind their customers.Desired Settlement: A full refund or replacement.

Response:

The customer contacted us and stated that a box of 12 quest bars were

damaged when he received the box. I informed the customer to return

the package to us and we would refund him or send a new box to replace

the item.The customer then informed me that he had already disposed of

the item and could not send it back to us. All he could offer is one

picture of an empty box and this is not enough for us to offer a refund.

I have reviewed the response offer made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint. For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.

Sports Nutrition did not work with me, they decided that I am liar and that the bars could not have possibly been damaged if I did not send them back. Since they arrived damaged and it was out of my control I do feel as though I should be issued a full or at least a partial refund for the damages and for this inconvenience on behalf of myself, the customer.
