Cars advertised are not on lot. Repairs not truly done. Tried reselling my car because of "mis communication".
We purchased a car for my 16 year old in March of 2020. In August a belt broke and the car was running hot, and left my daughter stranded on the side of the road. I called the lot, and they stated they would pick up the car (that took 2 days) then repaired it after having it for a week. When we went to pick up the vehicle, they had taken all of my daughters belongings out, took her tag off and placed it back on the lot for sale. When I confronted my account manager, she stated that they "mis communicated and thought it was a repo" I have not been late on one single payment. They never offered any compensation. Then in Sept. they withdrew money from my bank account, that I never authorized for them to use, and did not refund the amount! I never had signed documents not gave them authorization to withdraw these funds. Whenever I call my account manager is not available. I had to request a repair report/invoice three times and it took them 2 weeks to get the report to me stating that they replaced the serpentine belt and water pump. When I had another trusted mechanic look at it, he informed us the water pump was not replaced. I want to return the car and get out of my agreement with the crooks. I hope they don't do this to other hard working individuals like myself! They also lied and stated that they report to credit lenders, which they are not. The purpose of getting a second car loan, was to re establish my credit...and that is not happening because my on time payments are not being reported.
I would like to return the vehicle and get out of this contract without a repo being reported to my credit! A refund in full or even partially would be nice, considering all of the hassle I have been through in the short time I've had this vehicle.
Hello Mrs ***, I see that you requested to get the car pick up as a voluntary repo. At this point because of that request there is nothing we can do. If the account was still open we could have continued to work with you on repairs, payments or anything else.

The reason I requested for the car to be repossessed is because it is not a dependable car, and I don't feel it is fair to make payments on a car that is continually being worked on and I'm not able to drive. This would have been the second time the car had broken down in a sec month period, so I requested for you to keep the car. I don't want to continue throwing money away for a car I cannot drive. The blue book value in the car was less then $6000 and after my financing charges, this car would have cost me $21000. I can buy a new car for that price! What your company is doing should be a crime. Taking advantage of people with less then perfect credit. All I am requesting is that this repo does not show up on my credit, and considering that you did not report my on time payments, to help improve my credit... Then you should not be allowed to report this as a repo If you report this repo, you are fraudulent! Your company has made 10 times more then this car is worth, and you will continue doing so with your lemon cars and ridiculously excessive finance charges. All I'm asking is for you to do the right thing, and NOT report this as a repo on my credit.
Mrs. would you like to speak with an account manager to go over other options to not have your account reported as a repo? We can get you get a different car.

No, I have already purchased another vehicle for my daughter. Why would I want purchase another car from here? None of my on time payments were ever reported, so there will also be no negative reports either. I am already speaking with media in regards to your business ethics and the wrong doings. With all of the negativity surrounding this business already, I would carefully consider doing the right thing, and letting me out of this contract with no negative reflections on my credit. I can definitely seek legal representation if need be, and request a full refund of the amount that I paid for the vehicle, court cost, and other damages (my teenage daughter breaking down twice, the repairs I was told were made to the car that indeed were not, the fact that you put the vehicle back on the lot to sell, even though I had never been even one day late on my payments, the stress of having to take off work and drive to your lot because of mis signed paper work, the fact that you stole money out of an account that you had NO authorization to take from, etc.... The list goes on! I absolutely do not nor ever will want to purchase another headache from your lot, and all I am asking in return is that you lose my information (like you did when I still had the car) and DO NOT REPORT THIS AS A REPO. Instead chalk it up to the fact that you sold me a lemon, I returned the car, you will repair it at little to no cost and turn around and continue doing this to people until it finally catches up to you.... And believe me, it will!!
