Worsts Dealership on the planet. Went there on Saturday 8/7/2020 to purchase a car. Paid $900 down for a 2008 Nissan Altima then paid another $120 for the weekly payment. Car broke down as soon as I drove it off the lot. I asked for my money back. They refused to give me a refund and said that if I don't keep the car that they will ruin my credit. They have been trying to repair the car for 3 days.

I bought a 2005 mustang for these guys I found the cars invoice from when it was new and I was giving the same price as if it were new.. I told them that I found invoice and they laughed and said there's nothing they can do. I paid it off and they still took payment out.. this place is over priced taking advantage of people who or desperate to get a car.

Desired Outcome

For them to actually help people not be money hungry and take advantage of them. Since I paid it off there's no changing price now but for fellow customers I ask they be more reasonable

I've bought 3 vehicles from them the other cars reasonable priced, but some of there cars you can buy them new for what you give them for them. You are only making your customers aware of how crazy they are when they find the invoice when the car was new.

Very bad costumer service. Really bad mechanic service. And selling bad cars to people, they don't want to do anything about it.
I'm financing an 2006 Acura TL 3.2 for 12,999$. I've played up to date, my payments are good. I pay my car weekly $110. I've sent my car to get fixed couple of times they don't want to do nothing about it. I've been ONLY 8months with the vehicle, I was "approved for a trade" in the same dealer, where the wanted me to start a new account of 14,998 for another vehicle. They don't understand, that I've played a lot of money for the car I have. And they want to put me in a new account.

I'm trying to stay with my vehicle without, paying more money for it, or at least getting my money back. This is not fair, that they want to messed up my credit, just because I don't want to keep paying for a car that it doesn't have signals, no radio working, VSA lights on, I had sent the car, to get motor mount fixed, bc it was licking oil. When we turn on the AC it smells like something it's burning... the car is in a really bad situation...

We offered to give this customer another car to fix her issues. She choose to not do so. She did not want another car. We did everything we could to make this customer happy.

I have contacted this place multiple times. They hung up on me and refused to give me information I requested. I was promised certain things verbally and since it wasnt on paper tbey ate now refusing to do it. The car needes repairs and refused to give me the invoice. When I asked to speak to a certain persons manager they said they dont have one. My apr is also at 28% which is very unfair in my opinion.

Other (requires explanation) I would like the car repaired or something. Something done about my apr or how rude they are. I dont even like paying my car payment cause they are so rude. Eveeytime i call i am told something different they are non consistent.

is still currently our customer and we have helped her with repairs throughout the years. Other loan companies do not help customers with repairs. Customer are responsible to fix their own cars. But with our customers we support them throughout the time of the loan.

I bought this vehicle in February. That day I asked them to fix my door handle, my transmission Jerks, my brakes, my heat isn't working, and they gave it back to me after a week-Nothing is fixed. My vehicle still jerks, my heat is not heating up, my back tire rotator, and my door handle was never fixed. I asked them about these and they say that the vehicle is sold as is. That is not okay to sell a vehicle like this, at any point, it could stop working. Also, when I make payments, they can't show me the amount that I owe after Payments. They are careless.

Repair I thank you for your time. I am needing my transmission replaced, my brakes to be replaced, my heat to work, my interior passenger door handle to be fixed, and my back right tire/Rotatorcuff to be replaced, also I need to know how much I owe after my payments I make..

We assisted this customer with repairs and the loan was past due for non payment.

My complaint involves a overcharge more than the value of the car. The bluebook value was about $7400 but they charged me $12,000. The interest rate was 28%. I put down a down payment of $500.00. I returned the car the next day and I would like to receive my $500.00 back. In addition, I do not want a repossession on my credit report.

Mr. we are a in house financing company who help customers with little to no credit. Customers who are declined at other dealerships. When we contracted you, you signed a receipt that the deposit was non refundable. And when it comes to kelly blue book values, those are for cash buyers. Customers who have cash in hand.

This company is a scam. On 12/6/2018 they repossessed my vehicle stating I was behind $4,000. I have statements showing they auto drafted my payments from my bank. They have yet to prove where the $4,000 is coming from. On September 23, 2018 they disabled the car stating I owed $630. On September 24, 2018 I paid $630 and was told I was up to date. They have withdrawn from my acct since then, and now I'm $4,000 in arrears and they repossessed my vehicle. Where was the money going to that they was taken out my account? They are scammers. The Kelly Blue Book value on the car is $3,000 and they are financing it for $10,500 with a salvaged title.

Explanation of Charges I want an explanation of where my moneywas going if I owe $4,000, and why was I told if I would have paid $125 then I would have been able to keep the car. That makes absolutely no sense. If I owe $4,000 what will $125 do? Complete scam and they need to be shut down.

My account was setup for autodraft which was setup by Sports and Imports. They should be shut down just from the multiple complaints just like mine. They are selling SALVAGED TITLE vehicles and jacking up the prices on the vehicles. I have my bank statements showing them drafting money from my account. Investigate further they are Scammers. I will also contact the media call for action until they are shut down.

Im not concerned about the car or down payment. I just don't understand how you all put a repo on my credit and my mothers credit when we simply returned the car and left it on the lot. The car had mechanical issues and I no longer wanted it. It wasn't a repo I returned the car and y'all said that I couldn't so I left the car sitting on the lot. You guys cannot make me keep something that I didnt want to keep. I don't care about the down payment I just want the repo off of me and my mothers credit report. Im a 20 year old fresh college graduate just graduated and making money and everybody is turning me down when I apply for a car because it shows a repo on my credit. Is there anything we can do to fix this matter ?

Okay but I don't understand how it's a repo when like you said involuntary gave the car back , but I don't understand how did it go on mine and my mother's credit. It's fine if you're not going to remove it off of my credit I'll jusy get a lawyer. Thanks for responding back.

A repo is when you sign a contract and do not complete the term of the contract you have signed. We have different programs to help customers get help with mechanical issues. Other dealerships do not help with car issues you are still responsible. But here we could have helped you.

I have been driving around on a tag that isn't registered to me as they gave the incorrect vin when registering my vehicle.
My temp tag expired 8/20/18; on 8/16/18 I spoke with my account mgr *** and he said I should be able to pick up my tag on Tuesday, 8/21/18. I am mad because not only is my tag not ready, I can't drive my car because they can't even issue me a temp tag. The title clerk gave the wrong vin # to the Tag office. Now I'm stuck paying on a vehicle I can't legally drive. When I ask for a manager *** answers and says only *** can access my file. After telling him this is unacceptable, he said he would get with the title clerk and call me back before the day is over.

I need them to correct their mistake ASAP so I can pick up my tag for my vehicle.

Issue has been resolved. We apologized for the inconvenienced it cause the customer.

On the date of April 26, 2018 our car, a 2001 *** was brought into sports and Imports at the buford location regarding some troubles with break bolts. We called numerous times to see if it was ready for pick up because we were told it would take a day to fix, and that was our only mode of transportation. That was not the problem. It was not until the day of May 1, 2018 when I called our account manager ***, to see if we could pay the $80 dollar repair fee a different day, merely because due to not having the car we were unable to go to the bank to deposit anything into our bank accounts being as we work during the operating hours of the banks being open and would not make it after work. It was during this phone call that it was brought to my attention that according to this company we were making our car payment LATE for the past four months. Even though THEY set up for the balance to be withdrawn from our account every Friday biweekly without fail. And so it was ALWAYS paid on time - everytime. Never have we made a late payment. Now prior to biweekly car payments of $180 we were making weekly payments of $90 but due to pay rate change we called sports and imports and spoke to our account manager at the time, a female whose name I do not remember and asked if it was okay to change our car payment to biweekly do to my pay being changed to such.' She said yes and so it was changed it to bi weekly. Now according to our account mamager *** and another employee, she was not supposed to do this because in order to change our weekly payment to a bi weekly basis we need to refinance and go through alot of paper work again. Now they stated that because of this womans mistakes she was fired. But the mistakes she made and the because of that mistake the fees that were put against us is in no way their fault but instead is OUR fault and we are to pay the fees because of an employees mistakes and the derogatory marks on our account due to her mistakes would not be taken off our account regardless if we made all our payments on time. Because it wasn't the conpanies fault somehow it was us as the costumer. We spoke to them regarding this and made it very clear that this was unfair because we were not notified of this in any way until the car was brought to their attention via repair needs. Apparently the system they have in place flags late payments but we have been making our bi weekly payments for four months now without this being addressed. If it was a problem and was being flagged by their system we should have heard something about it within the last four months. Now they are telling us they won't remove the derogatory marks that was put on our account due to a mistake from their part and we also have to pay the late fees because of this, AND they stated if we want to make biweekly payments we will have to redo paperwork' BUT not if we pay for this week on May 4, 2018 the balance of a weekly payment of $90 then next week on the 11th of May 2018 the balance of a bi weekly payment of $180 dollars. I fear we are being taken advantage of due to the fact this is our first time buying a car and being as we are young, which is something that they stated to us during this conversation numerous times. They were speaking to us as if we knew absolutely nothing and if we did not pay them what they want they would take the car back. So apparently we can't pay biweekly unless we redo paper work BUT we can if we pay extra than what is due this month. And also, pay for the workers neglegance on top of those payments and also our account will keep the derogatory marks even though we have NEVER missed a payment or been late on one. This company is unprofessional and I fear that they take advantage of costumers. We do not want this situation to happen again, with us or anyone. And we refuse to roll over and do as they say because we are not the ones at fault but they insist its our problem. The best they could do to help their mistake was to fire the worker and that's all. If we do as they say and pay for their mistakes we fear this will become a trend and they will continue to take advantage of us as ignorant costumers. Therefore I am filing this complaint to insure the company is under investigation for their actions and to ensure it doesn't happen again. Also in the hopes that they will realize if a worker makes' a mistake it is not the customers problem to deal with but the companies problem. We do not work for them and should not have to deal with the consequences of their neglegance.

After paying off the car the deadealership cut it off using a gps/cut of box. the dealer stated while signing the contract there wasn't going to be on put in they cut it off after the final payment. It also cost about $500 to fix the issue.

We spoke with Mr. on February 27, 2018 and at that time we were advised of the GPS issue. All customers are advised during the closing of the deal that the vehicle has a GPS tracker and all customers sign the Navigation Agreement form with their contract. We also advise our customers during their signing the GPS tracker will be removed once the vehicle has been paid in full. When Mr. started having issues with the vehicle not starting we never received a call advising there was an issue. We would have been able to pull the account up at that time and ask him to come in. We could have informed Mr. he needed to bring the car in before he paid out of pocket. Due to him being advised of the GPS at signing, we are not responsible for any repairs on the vehicle.

I Dean, Mike and Jonathan where awesome. We came to make a payment saw another car I loved and was able to make a deal. Walked away with a Jeep Liberty what I have been wanting. Thank you everyone for there help here at sports and Imports. Will send people your way.

I purchased a 2003 Toyota Highlander with 168,000 miles from Sports & Imports Auto Sales on February 13, 2017. The check engine light came on the same day I purchased the vehicle, I had to put freon in my car weekly for the air conditioner to blow cold, and the back driver side window would come off the track bi-monthly. With a deposit of 750.00 cash, I also made weekly payments of 95.00 (due every Saturday) from February 13, 2017 - October 29, 2017 when I voluntarily turned the car back in to the Buford location due to getting a better car. I made 100% of my payments on time totaling 4170.00. The voluntary repo was reported to Equifax as an involuntary repo, that only 90% of my payments were made on time, and no payments for the months of February, April, March, and July were reported at all. Not one positive report to Equifax was made the entire time I made on-time payments from 2/17-10/17; however, when I voluntarily turned it in, a negative report was reported as well as incorrect information about my payment history. I have contacted the company several times to try to rectify the situation, but have been placed on hold for 20-30 minutes only to be sent to voicemail, as well as have been hung up on by various account managers on several occasions. I have been diligent on working on building my credit score and this has demolished everything that I have worked towards. I feel that because of having credit that is not the best, Sports & Imports Auto Sales preys on those that have no better option. They are a predatory company that makes a not great situation worse by rude and hateful customer service and by a never-ending string of lies that are told to the customer and about the customer.

Correction to a credit report Due to the way they have treated me and reported incorrect information about me on my credit report, I would feel this situation would be resolved if they removed the involuntary repo claim off my credit report all together. Not only is the "Involuntary repo" claim incorrect, the 90% of payments made on time is also misinformation. I feel that since the correct reporting of my situation was not handled with truth or integrity, it should be dismissed completely from my credit report.

I do not accept the response from the business because it is just more lies from them. For them to state that they have "double checked all information and are completely within their bounds as a business" is a lie. I do not believe that it is acceptable to state that a customer only paid 90% of their payments on time when the customer in fact paid 100% of their payments on time. I don't care how you look at this, making that statement is a lie. I am shocked that this company feels the need to lie on customers to make themselves look better. If anyone reads this, please do yourself a favor and DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH SPORTS AND IMPORTS AUTOS! They are nothing but crooks and liars.

Please stay away from this place. I received the worst service ever and my time was wasted. If you are intelligent they will not work with you. I was approved for a 12,999 car loan for cars that are only worth $2000-$4000, however I needed a work car to commute to Conyers everyday so I was willing to take the risk with my bad credit. When I finished my application I was pressured to buy a car with "0" down at night when I couldn't even see the selection of vehicles on the lot, I told the salesman I will come back the next day when it's light out, I was only here to complete an application. I returned the next day, found a vehicle I liked and test drove the vehicle to find out it had major problems which the dealership was aware of but if I was inexperienced they would of sold it to me. The dealership offered to fix the vehicle and I was to return the next week with insurance and my now down payment of $399.00. Fine. I was ready to return to purchase the overpriced vehicle and I was told the vehicle had been sent back to the auction due to mutiple issues? When can vehicles be returned to the auction? Okay. I was unaware of this change and didn't receive a call about the change and had to rearrange my insurance and my day. I was told to return the next day to shop for another vehicle stated by the sales manager Jonathan who was very rude and arrogant the entire experience. I returned the next day only to receive mutiple changes in the deal, the $0 down was not offered anymore, and I was told I need a co-signer after taking hours out of my day to look for the perfect vehicle with my three children. I was told over and over again that I was approved for $0 down and cars that needed $399.99 down by all the salesman and sales manager only for them to tell me hours later the owner didn't approved the deal. I make more than enough for this payment and they're not credit based. The staff is unprofessional, rude and told lie after lie and whispered unprofessionally as they were "working on the numbers". It's the worst experience I have ever encountered. I have a good paying job and can handle a minimal car note of $350.00 however since they were challenged they didn't want to move forward without a co-signer. After declining the deal without a co-signer they sent an unprofessional staff member to tell me the news and she told me I should of signed paperwork immediately when I was approved for a bad vehicle and that I *** the owner off for weighing out my options. Please understand this dealership is for desperate individuals with horrible credit, low paying jobs and lack of knowledge. The vehicles are extremely overpriced with bad engines even stated by an salesman, he said they put the vehicles on the lot right from the auction without servicing them to give customers something to choose from. The salesman also stated none of the vehicles have Carfax reports either because it's too expensive, so you wouldn't know anything about the car unless you paid for your own Carfax report. Wait, huh? Run! Moving forward after hours wasted I walked away and was able to get a great deal at The Mall of GA, Mazda with $600/down and low mileage! Please go to the Auto Mall before approaching this place, they're a few minutes away. I'm so happy I was shifted in a new direction and didn't get stuck with a bad car, deal with no warranty. Don't be this desperate! Most Auto Malls now work with bad credit as well if you have an income over $3000/month. Don't pay $12,000 for a car that's worth $3000 on Kelly Blue Book with major issues. Do your homework! Be smart! This is pure robbery at it's finest. Thank me later. Happy car shopping!

This company is unreal. I purchased a 2004 minivan and financed almost 10k only to find out the car was only valued at 3k. I also referred them business to get a 200.00 gift card, and still have not received it almost 3 months later. I have called Fox 5 investigates, I am filing a consumer complaints, I am taking them to small claims court. I am also going to make sure that it is well known on Social Media what a horrible company this is.

I purchased a car from this dealership on Monday 09/18/2017, as I was test driving the car the brakes were so soft I couldn't stop hardly at the light and the air conditioner was broken and sending fumes into the car. I took it back and said before I can purchase this car,these items need to be fixed. They said okay and the sales manager also gave me a 3000 mile or 3 month warranty for it also.I left the car there on Monday and they said it will be fixed by Tuesday, but when I called them it was not ready. So I gave them until Wednesday still no call, so I called them and they said it should be ready that day. I then had the accounts manager sent me an email stating that the car was still in the shop and she would call me when it was ready again,by 3:00 pm still no call, so I called them and she said the car was there and I could come pick it up, just to be sure I called the sales person named *** and he also said it was ready, I couldn't go get it yesterday so I went today to pick it up considering I wa stole it was there.I get to the dealership at 9:30. And asked for the keys,I was given the run around about the keys weren't there and that the account manager *** had the keys, an she wasn't there yet. I so I said someone needs to find these keys because I'm beyond a plane for my fathers funeral and I cannot come back later to get it. So now another manager comes out and says the car is not there and it's still with the mechanic,so I said is car hasn't been in my position since I bought it and sense I was told by 2 people in their office it was there and it's not that just keep the car since it hasn't been in my possession an just please give me back my deposit and I will give you all the paperwork back and this can be over. They proceeded to tell me that they would put a repossession on my credit and not give me my money back. I said how is that possible since the car has never left there lot with me driving it, they said they didn't care and that is what will happen? I called th gov,
