I received a complaint forwarded by your office from
[redacted], ID # [redacted]. We represented Ms. [redacted] in her case for a
claim to receive Social Security Disability
benefits.  We have been representing Ms.
[redacted] since December of 2012.  We represented her at the hearing on...

April 2014 where  the judge did not find her to
be disabled. We disagreed with the ruling so took her case to another Appeal
where the decision was upheld by those judges. We gave her 2 options that she had going forward and she declined both of them. In preparation for her hearing it is necessary  to update all of her medical records from her doctors and they are allowed to charge us .75 per page for those medical records.
We pre·pay for those records in order to best represent the client, and require reimbursement after the case is settled as per the Fee Agreement that Ms [redacted] signed when she became our client. We are not charging
any fee for the two and half years of representing her but are merely seeking reimbursement of the medical record expense we incurred in the process and that the client agreed to in the
enclosed Fee Agreement. If Ms.
[redacted] pays the amount of $160.50 for
the medical records that we incurred out of
pocket by the August 15th, we will remove
any finance charges or late fees incurred. Ms [redacted] received copies
