This is the worst hospital ever!!! The girl at the front desk got a nasty attitude with me when I called!!! Not only that I tried calling back 4 times to get to a room my daughter was in and she wouldn't answer!!! And no X-ray ???? Give me a break! I thought you were better being a children's hospital!

Review: I've placed and paid for an order with this company and have not received the merchandise.

I am told that because it is past 30 days, I cannot get a refund. Well, it is not uncommon to have to wait for parcels from the mainland to get to Hawaii for 4 - 6 weeks. I asked where my order is (tracking) and they couldn't tell me. This is very unfair since I have paid them ahead of time and I have nothing to show for it. It's bad enough that I had to wait for the merchandise, which is bad service, but now I'm getting treated as if it just too bad for me. As long as you got my money, that's all that matters. Your loss pal. I feel scammed.Desired Settlement: Refund
