Dear representative of Revdex.comID of [redacted] All I can say is WOW, after serving close to 10,customers and our first complaint is this? Let me startoff by saying that we do not guarantee any delivery to a customerAll our products clearly state "mostproducts ship in 24-hours." have no idea where customer came up with this allegation?? Once anproduct is picked up by the carrier it is out of our control, we would certainly not make a guarantee thatwe have no control over.I now know the first contact (via email) that I received from this customer was after she filed acomplaint with the Revdex.comUpon reading her email ( June 2, 2015), I immediately issued a full refundIthen proceeded to my shipping department and pulled her order from the days shipmentHer paymentwas refunded to her on June 2, same day as initial contact.One must ask, If she thought we were (in her own words "a rip off") then why did she not contact herpayment provider? I would be more concerned with my money than slamming someone before theyeven knew there was a problem?Thanks,Rick A**

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint. For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.
1st off the dates by Sports Fan Shack is incorrect. I purchased the item on 6/28/15 not 6/2/15. My item was scheduled to be delivered on 7/2/15. I left several messages on 7/1/15 on ###-###-#### which is a residential voice mail and I also made several attempts to contact Sports Fan Shack by email and didn't receive a response until after I indicated I would contact the Revdex.com. I made several attempts to track the package or get status of my order and received an error message stating that the order number was incorrect nor the order was not track-able. I made contact with my financial institute regarding the transaction on 7/1/15 prior to contacting the Revdex.com for them to initiate their own investigation. The refund was issued to my account on 7/6/2015 not 6/2/2015. The picture of the item I purchased was taken from an item for sale on [redacted] web site. My thoughts remains the same about this company being a rip off and I feel like they're very misleading when it comes to products,delivery and service. Had I not made contact with the Revdex.com and my financial institute, the product would have never been shipped/delivered and I would have been out of money that I paid for the product.
