We have reached out to our customer, as we were unaware of her complaint or any problems. We are in the process of working with our customers insurance adjuster to cover the bad decking of $We have explained to our customer that we can not foresee any problems underneath her roof
without tearing it off and in this case we did find some bad decking and had to replace it by code before we could continue to replace her roof. This is on all of our proposals and contracts.We have sincerely apologized for any and all misunderstandings and look forward to continued business with our customer!
