ADVERTISEMENT
Business advertises using coupons as if they support the local school district in which they are located. Writer purchased one of these books and tried to redeem coupon at McCandless Sports Clips. Coupon was denied. business receives benefit from local parents that support the business because it LOOKS AS IF they support the local school. By not accepting the coupon, they are not supporting the local school, however, they are able to look as if they support NASD. This is false advertising. Their address is distinctly present on the coupon. Writer will be sending this coupon to the PA Attorney General to investigate as false advertising is not legal.
