Initial Business Response / [redacted] (1000, 5, 2015/12/09) */ Contact Name and Title: [redacted] , Owner Contact Phone: [redacted] Contact Email: [redacted] After review of this complaint it comes to my attention that due to the client requesting services from out of town an in home assessment was not completed therefore resulting in the company policies and procedures not being clearly understood.Our policy is that the caregiver is not paid directly, can not receive gratuities and services will be billed after received.In this case the client gave us a credit card to bill charges but the credit card was denied.The caregiver understood that the $was to be used to allow the client to play games in the casino and arcadeShe was with the client for hours and used the money for the client's entertainment.Our caregivers understand our policy and if it was stated that the money was for the bill she would of delivered it to the officeTo achieve customer satisfaction the balance on this account will be adjusted and no further contact will be made
