My husband called and told them we might not be able to keep the car. He never went in and signed a termination of contract. They sated because he called them and told them that the put a repo out for it and been looking for it gor a week not once did we recieve any calls. We arent late on any payments ans he choose to come and take the car even though he never spoke to me about any of this.
