Letters were sent to *** *** in July, August & September for his outstanding balancesIn September, we received notification that *** *** no longer resided at *** *** *** *** did not respond to any phone calls to him to collect the balance.In September of 2015, his account was made inactive due to non-paymentCollection efforts continued through October 30th of with no response from *** ***On October 30th, 2015, *** ***'s membership was turned over to *** for the full amount.*** *** called our club on July 13th, asking about the collection balanceWhen it was explained to him, he chose not to address the matter but instead to inquire about club policiesHe acknowledged that he signed a one year agreementWhen explaining the multiple attempts to reach him and correct his outstanding balance, he simply responded that he didn't care & hung upIt appears the next day he filed the Revdex.com complaint.If I may be of any further assistance, please let me know.Cordially,Mark Y***Regional Director of Sales & Operations

Review: When canceling membership, they do not refund membership dues paid in advance.

Horrible customer service. Employees or the manager are not available to help with guest pass activation. Waited for an hour and left.

Unethical charges and fees such as freezing an account or signing up for a new membership.

Unprofessional management and poor conflict, dispute handling.

Extremely noisy club with loud music and multiple TVs turned on at the same time showing different channels.

Cycling instructor is playing and forcing members to sing Christmas songs during exercise.

There are numerous other issues at this club... My contact was the area manager [redacted].Desired Settlement: I would like 3 months of membership dues returned to me which is roughly about $115.

Review: I have a membership at this gym in Woodbridge. I joined mainly to play basketball. I would bring my personal basketball there because it was a good quality ball.I was accused, twice and by the same person, of stealing my own basketball. She is a young, Latino woman, maybe in her late teens. I complained to staff and the manager about it.I left the ball at the gym before I left Virginia. One day, after my membership had expired, I went back to see if it was still there. It was, but because the markings I put on the ball were so small, and the surface of ball had been rubbed through, the markings were no longer there. I left the ball there in the gym, apparently it was theirs all along.Desired Settlement: Please inform this gym that BEFORE they accuse someone of stealing something, they should be sure it is their equipment. Me, as a paying customer, should at least be given some consideration. Many ball players bring their own personal ball, that ball cost me over $25.
