Hello I have read the complaint and will take in consideration her comments I will be putting a check in the mail TODAY For the record, the phone message I received two days ago was the first and only notice that I have gotten Please let me know if there is anything else I need to do to settle this situation[redacted]

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ***, and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me assuming the check clears I believe *** is suffering the consequence of her actions as many of the families who used to enroll their children in her program have since left I believe it is in her best intereest to change her ways, hopefully she learns that from the experience
