Dear [redacted], I wrote Mrs. [redacted] a letter that our ad clearly states not valid with coupons or discounts.  In reality she bought discounted remnants and short rolls saving a lot of money, she did not qualify for any other promotions however out...

of the kindness of my heart I gave her a [redacted] gift certificate.  I also told her at the time of sale that we could bind her carpet for an entry rug.  Since her complaint I did have her a rug bound and gave her 2 additional throw rugs.  Her complaint was unjust.  Please see attached a copy of our ad.  Sincerely, [redacted] Dalton Ga Carpets. (Original response attached)
