The club agreed to issue a refund for paid and unused personal training sessions that I couldn’t complete due to health problems which were documented and sent to fitness director *** *** on July of *** *** offered the refund on an email dated July of but the club has failed to issue such refund up to this date (August of 2018)I sent an email to *** *** on July asking about the status of the refund and he responded on the same day in a rather unprofessional fashion making seem that my inquiry was an inconvenience and even stating that in spite of the logic behind being refunded for a service you didn’t use and providing medical documentation, he was basically doing this as a favor to me making the point that I should just wait instead of asking about the status of the refundI am including *** ***’s contact information in this communication*** *** *** *** *** * *** *** * *** *** *** ***
