*** [redacted] *** [redacted] Thank you very much for returning my call As per our conversation I am writing you as to what transpired with [redacted] *** concerning customer complaint ID [redacted] I reached out to [redacted] ***, and explained to him that we are working on resolving the problem with the scoring mechanism It is in our factory and the engineers are working on trying to figure out the problem I asked [redacted] if the game was working other than the scoring device and he said his kids like playing the game I also told [redacted] that if he wanted a full refund for the game he has to go through the company that he purchased it from, which is [redacted] We cannot give him a refund for money we have not received I continued to explain to [redacted] that once he gets a refund from [redacted] , then we will give [redacted] a credit for the price they paid for the game He understood that and he said he would contact [redacted] That is where we left itIf you need any other information, please do not hesitate to contact meThank you again Barry L***National Sales ManagerSport Squad, LLC [redacted] *** [redacted] *** [redacted]

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ***, and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me. Although I am sadden that the issue of the electronic defect is not resolved, a return was honored as I see here on both sides (*** and Sport Squad)Barry was also gracious to help compensate me for some of our frustration through this whole processHopefully some lessons learned here
