lifetime Warranty advertise not true
On Nov 30, 2017 we bought a bmw 2016 from *** that is there used dealer at south orange blossom tr, orlando fl-- they advertise everywhere and in there internet page (lifetime warranty in cars) I ask the sale person (jose R) about it and he explain the details of it and the benefits of it. we then trade in our old car and sign the new contract and papers with (eliezer a***)finance manager. after we finish signing and after we did everything we ask for the papers for the lifetime warranty, Mr A said our car was not included.we got upset and they call manager (Cristian G) and he our car was not included, and there was nothing they could and was a mistake. we was NOT able to do anything because we already sign the documents and trade our car, they only offer 200 dollars reduction from the sale , the lifetime warranty cost is 3,000
either give us the lifetime warranty like advertise everywhere or paid at least 75% of what it will cost me to get one.
"Certified" Pre-Owned vehicle sold with false information.
I purchased a vehicle at this location back in August 2015. At the time of the sale, the sales person indicated to our family that this vehicle was a certified pre-owned and we were given a copy of the carfax report. The carfax report was clean of any incidents, only showing the vehicle being serviced and sold. Upon the first two weeks of having the vehicle, we noticed the transmission was not changing gears. We took it to get checked out with the warranty and they explained it was a new transmission with a new system that responded as such and that we should not worry about it. We left and continued to use our vehicle as normal. Fast forward two years and we proceeded to trade-in the vehicle while purchasing another one. The new dealership told us they were not able to accept the trade-in because the car had been in an accident and was deeply under-value. I proceeded to get a car fax report to verify this information. Upon my surprise, the dealership was right. The vehicle I purchased in August 2015 with a clean carfax now showed as having been in an accident where various airbags were deployed. Not only that, but the vehicle was not repaired in a certified manufacturer to restore the airbags, therefore we assume the repair was done unauthorized. I was sold a vehicle with false and misleading information that is insecure for myself and my family.
Given that I was lied to and sold an unsafe car, I now need a safe vehicle for myself and my family. I did try to make this complain directly at the dealership and requested that the error be amended, but the managers at the dealership were not willing to help. I request for the vehicle in question to be received back by this dealership as a trade-in for the value that this would have had the accident not occurred. I would like to purchase another same body type vehicle and need to have the current vehicle traded-in for a value that would not put me in a situation where I need to "come-up" with the difference because of the false sale method I encountered.

Assuming everything in this report is accurate, mainly the date of the accident now showing in Carfax to be prior to the date the vehicle was sold by Sport Mazda, I will authorize my Sales Managers to place a fair value on this vehicle as a trade in. This value will be competitive with vehicles that do not have damage.
Management reached out and was able to attain resolution on the case by giving value of for the vehicle that was sold damaged. I was able to negotiate another vehicle for the trade-in and the case has been closed.
