continues to bill me although I cancelled my membership in May 2017, seven months ago. I went to the gym to cancel the membership, they gave me a card, I called and no one answered, finally I got a recorded message that referred me to a website. I went to the site, and was not able to use it because I no longer had my membership card. I hadn't used the gym for more than a year. I called the gym and they didn't have my member number. They told me to bring a written note to the gym, which I did. A couple months went by, and then I saw they were still billing my credit card. I had to cancel my card and they still hounded me by sending letters and adding more charges. I sent a detailed email to their membership services, which they requested, and still got another letter adding more charges. I have belonged to several other fitness centers over the past 30 years, and never had a problem cancelling. This company will not let me cancel!
