Review: During January, my daughter took out a temporary membership in the health club. She paid the amount requested, specifying she only wanted a month's membership. She used her debit card. She is now being billed for subsequent months, although she expressly requested a temporary membership. The company has contacted her because the credit card they are using has expired; it is not her debit card number, but an expired card of mine.

I had been a member of Sport and Health through 2012, when I cancelled my membership. I had been paying with the expired credit card number that Sport and Health is currently trying to bill. In February 2013, after a series of email complaints, Sport and Health finally stopped billing me.

Sport and Health appears to have a problem in its billing department. It doesn't seem to be equipped for handling cancellations of membership. They are now asking me for my address and date of birth in order to find my active account, although we have no active account with them. I have refused to provide this information.Desired Settlement: I would like Sport and Health to refrain from billing me or my daughter, as we are no longer members.
