Review: Charged my credit card without authorization over 1 year after the last time I had been there. I was not part of any contract. I contacted them several times with no one ever returning my phone call.

Had to cancel my membership after four years because they do not clean the facility, the management is horrible, and the closed all the classes I liked. I also got a call after being told I had to pay thru Oct 1st if I wanted to cancel that I was no longer a member and stop coming in the month of Sept. even though they told me I had to pay when I filled out the paperwork 5 weeks before requesting a call back about my membership. They underpay the staff as well.

Review: I joined this gym the beginning of April 2015 through a promotion they were running. I signed up for a year membership with a $249 joiners fee and $14 a month. I have learned today that the business has closed. I tried contacting them with no response.Desired Settlement: I paid the $249 joiners fee up front with the expectation that my membership would last until the end of March 2016. I have been a member of this gym for a short 2 and a half months and would like the joiners fee refunded as they have closed unexpectedly.

Review: I have paid tennis summer camp fee of 1710.00 in advance for my son on 4/17/15 with my CC. Instructor Frank L[redacted] was there that time to convince me that, if you pay full amount, you will get 10% discount. Frank told me during signed up that they will call introductory session on 6/10/15 and brief camp will begin on 6/22/15. I have never receive reminder of first (intro) session so I called them several time on 6/11 but my phone to them went unanswered; so I decided to drop by at the facility and went there on 6/12/15 to find out that the facility is closed and lock is put by state marshal. I need full refund of the money that I have paid for the service, which I have not receive. Please help me to recover my money. Thank you.Desired Settlement: Full refund of the money.
