I am rejecting this response because: They took over a month to send it outAfter I let them know I was contacting the Revdex.com because of lack of communication or product, they LITERALLY just sent me the package last weekI guess it scared them? You can read all the replies to my negative review on their Facebook page with so many other people never getting their boxes either.This doesn't change that they still never sent the product out in the time that they were supposed to, nor did the quality of the package that was promised deliverTheir monthly gift box that they charge $for was filled with a few dollar store items! This is absurd! This company is a scam and will continue to rip people off for their money and yes, I am grateful to finally have received the package after over a month but even after all of that waiting, I received a box of puzzles and nothing of quality

You can see from her photo that the product in question is not of $80 value which is also stated on her website on the front page. I am not just seeking a refund based on “dislike of product” I am seeking a refund based on lies and that it did not come in the time frame as promised by company. I too have medical conditions, that does not change that if you cannot run a company properly, you should not run the company. What is the point of a monthly subscription box of it does not come that month?? I also never recieved her newsletter nor any response to my many emails asking where my October box was. Her box that came 2 months late was full of items located at the Dollar Tree. Her company is a scam and is stealing money from people and claiming to be worth 80 dollars. Can she provide you with each items exact name and cost for purchase? I have looked up each item and the most expensive one costs 5 dollars. I am fighting this for not receiving the product in the time frame it was promised and I am fighting this for it not being the value that her website states it is. This company needs to be st down. I am attached other customers reviews on facebook. [redacted]

Which I communicated to all my Subscribers through E-mail newsletter correspondence on November 4, 2017 which you can read the original email here (http://mailchi.mp/d237439139b1/2nd-send-can-we-have-a-heart2heart) . While I understand [redacted] dissatisfaction with my product, my terms and conditions posted on my website which you may read here (http://www.spoonieessentialsbox.com/faq) explicitly state “T – RETURN POLICY:The use of the Spoonie Essentials Box service is a subscription mystery box service and refunds of service are strictly prohibited”. Therefore, refunds due to dislike of Spoonie Essentials Box are strictly prohibited as per policy.
