Hello,I am sorry we only warranty powder coating color for 30days from installation date of the railing.powder coating we do not offer any life time guarantee on the paint finish, it can wear out due to extreme weather like snow or hot temperatures we have been experiencing and start to fade in color.you are welcome to get a 2nd opinion and or have another company redo the railing, but we can not pay for their work.I do apologize for any inconvenience this has caused.Thank you
