Today I received a call from Spokane Valley Computer RepairOwner stated that he had fixed my computer and that I could come and pick it upHe told me that it would cost $ I reminded him that I had sent a note with my computer asking for an estimate before he began any work, which he did not doWe settled for a fee of $135, and I am satisfied with this amountAlso told the owner that he needed to communicate with me and if he had he could have avoided my filing a complaintThis issue is now resolved

not do. We settled for a fee of $135, and I am satisfied with this amount. Also told the owner that he needed to communicate with me and if he had he could have avoided my filing a complaint. This issue is now resolved

[redacted]was thorough in explaining what was needed to fix my computer and the approx cost. He was spot on when I pick up my computer. No surprises. Great customer service. I will be using Spokane Valley PC for now on for all my computer repairs.

Very competent, timely service and what a pleasure to be surprised by more than I asked for. My laptop is running great.
