Review: The dentist's office sent work to our lab for their patients. We completed the work and returned it accordingly for a few months with little or no payment. Finally all of their cases were placed on hold until we could ensure a payment was received. A payment was made only to be returned by the bank due to insufficient funds. They then made a partial payment and I agreed to release the cases as the patients were waiting for their crowns to be delivered and I did not feel like it was fair to the patient to be uncomfortable or be cheated out of what they paid for because of the doctor not paying us. Since then though all communication has ceased, no calls are returned and no payment has been made. After doing some research I found that this is customary of this office and I shouldn't expect them to ever honor their word and pay the balance due. Basically they crook labs and probably vendors alike.Desired Settlement: Payment to be made.
