Our structure was built in approximately 2008. We reviewed made plans and signed for them to complete construction of a large pole barn. They showed us the large crew and all the terrific building equipment they would use to build this massive structure , the extra reinforcement etc. Instead two Russian speaking individuals with barely a ladder showed up. They climbed poles with a strap but seemed angry much of the time. They often had things done or covered before we could check things out, like roofing on etc. They cut our peak down from 2 feet showing to 18 inches. Later we found it was to use less materials. It was too late to change but no adjustment was given in price. After all was done we started seeing problems that we just fixed ourselves. Here it is 2015 and the wind blew the entire roof off trusses and all. What did we see with the roof upside down on the ground, 6 penny nails sticking out ,no bracing in the roof, no brackets ,no reinforcement at all. Also discovered Leaking roof into the insulation. They delivered our Pole barn kit and we observed what was suppose to be used such as larger nails, large screws, brackets, and straps for strength etc. Now that the building has separated and on the ground we see that someone replaced what we bought and contracted to be built for sub standard product and less costly product. .I have since contacted the new owner and he has clearly stated he is not responsible for past company actions, I fully understand our building was not built under his watch, just under the name, but just to get help before winter is what I needed. I have been given the verbiage I will come out at a certain time and so far has not called me or shown up.After each missed time I keep trying to re schedule but now his phone says box is full.
