I understand that the garnishment is mandated by law but you are not required to take out the maximum 25% of my paycheck!! I've done the research and I know you can take less if you are willing to and that is all I'm asking! I'm poor like most of America and the full maximum penalty is killing me! I have a ton of other bills to pay! I was still offering to pay $every weeks, isn't that good enough?? You already know you are going to get the full amount eventually whether I like it or not!
