HORRIBLE/NIGHTMARE/NO QUALITY CONTROL/NO ACCOUNTABILITY/BAD ATTITUDE FROM OWNERS ROLFE AND JEFF/LIP SERVICE/HUGE MISTAKES FROM THE START/12 WEEKS TO COMPLETE/DO NOT USE SPOKANE POST FRAME FOR YOUR POLE BUILDING!
The first framing subcontractor, Nate, did not even look at the plans! He drew his own conclusion as to what we wanted and where we wanted it…which was completely wrong. Rolfe agreed to add a lean to on the correct side at their cost; but after 12 weeks and probably lost profit, asked us for extra money to pay for it. The second framing sub and his partner spent multiple days fixing the errors and omissions from Nate and his crew. Mistakes were made by the first subcontractor and Jeff and Rolfe did not hold him accountable and said we were a nightmare from the beginning! We just wanted exactly what we contracted - a quality building in a timely manner…and we did NOT get it. There were many issues with our building, too many to list here. Do not give them your business, Jeff said they don’t need the money anyway because they are millionaires. DO NOT TRUST THESE GUYS! YOU WILL BE DISAPPOINTED WITH DING AND DONG!

My wife and I had Spokane Post Frame make some modifications to a metal building that we have. The work that they did was for the most part fine. However, we noticed some mold on some of the purloins that they used in the lean-to part of the modifications. After a number of attempts to get them to come out and look at the problem, Jeff finally showed up and looked at the problem. He said that he would look into what might be done and get back to us. After several weeks of not hearing back, I left a phone message asking why they had failed to get back to me. Did not hear back. Apparently, in my case after they had my money there was no need to even respond to any issues. Even if they told me there was not anything to be done about the mold on the purloin problem I probably would have been OK with that response. However, to not respond at all to most of my email and phone messages is my issue with them. In my opinion, you might be taking a chance using them because if you have any issues after they are done and have your money you might not get any response.
