Spokane Auto Rent A Center

My husband and I bought a 2000 Chevy Blazer in March of 2013 from Spokane Auto on [redacted] in Spokane Washinton.

We bought the Chevy from one of the owner's [redacted]. We have made our payments before the time it was due. We have had to do a lot in repairs plus new tires. On July 2 of 2013 it stopped running. We called them and told them that the Blazer should've ran more then 3 or 4 months. My

husband had a person come to our apartment and put it on the machine to

see if they could find out why. It had on the device NO Fault message.

So then they checked the fuses. It still would not start. We told this to the dealer ship that it wouldn't start and they wanted us to have it towed to C & R Towing to have them tow it in and check to see what the problems we're. We told them we couldn't afford the 140.00 that we'd have to decided what to do.

Then on July 18th sometime they called the sheriff's office to report it was stolen. They told dispatch that it was a repo. Our payment date was on the 26th of the month. We still had about 9 days

Left before a payment was due. We have brand new tires on the Blazer.

They stole the Blazer our tires and our license plates. No one came to our door or called us about taking our

Vehicle or said they were going to take it to their shop . They stole it. Now they want us to send them the key so they can repair the Blazer. If they wanted to fix it they should've called us or came to the door and have us sign a permission form to do repairs. They keep repeating that they took it to fix it. They would've needed our ok.

We had decided that we were going to sell it and pay off the lien. WE DID NOT AUTHORIZE ANY REPAIRS ON THIS VECHILE!!!! THEY SHOULD'NT HAVE STOLE OUR BLAZER.

My husband can't walk hardly at all so we really depend on a vechile. We had to borrow some money to get us another vechile. We were going to pay that money back when we sold it.

The blazer. My husband is 73 years old with many medical problems and I'm 64 with medical problems also. We are living on SS benefits only.

We don't think that they had the right to steal our Blazer. We haven't missed one payment!!! Our email address is [redacted].com
