After reviewing the information in the attached document Family Dollar has a policy on all gift cards that state the below (please see highlighted area): We do not provide refunds on Gift Cards. The policy can be found at the store near the registers, on the back of the store hours sign,
and on FamilyDollar.com at the bottom of the page.Family Dollar can only activate the cards once purchased Family Dollar does understand the customers frustration however the customer will have to contact apple for anything concerning the card being redeemed.Please let me know if you have any further questions and I’ll be glad to assist.Thanks,*** ***
