Very bad service. I put money down on a 2004 Lincoln Navigator back in December 2014, along with getting insurance for that vehicle and they sold it to someone else. Turned around months later and they attempted to sell me a 2001 Cadillac STS with extremely worn motor mounts and that vehicle wouldn't pass inspection. Now, I am out $410.00 that they refuse to give back and I still have no vehicle. I am hard pressed to believe that businesses like this are allowed to exist.
Now, they won't return no phone calls...I am thoroughly disgusted and would never recommend this business to anyone. PERIOD.
BUYER DEFINITELY BEWARE!!!!!

Review: I was given a deal on a 2004 Lincoln Navigator for $500 down by [redacted] and [redacted], wherein, on 11/**/2014, I paid them $260 and a remaining $370 the following day. I also got insurance for the vehicle that I currently am being billed for. I was then told that I had to come up with more money afterward. With that being said, I then changed my mind and requested my deposit back. I was then told that I have to submit a request to a finance company for my deposit. I never signed any contracts and had no dealings with any finance company other than the owners of Spoil Urself used cars. Now, they will not give me my hard earned monies back.Desired Settlement: I just want my money back if they are not giving me a vehicle. This has caused a financial hardship for me because I needed the vehicle for work...and because of them, how can I make income without a vehicle I paid down on in good faith?

I give thm 1,200$ and a week 12i call thm I told them that im sorry I dont want the car anymore cz im 66morth prgnant I cant enford the car right now I want the money back cz I need to use it to start buying stuff for my kids and the told me no the not gonna give me the money back cz is the laws.
