In today's world of box stores and electronic receptionists, it is a treat to find a business that takes a personal interest in its clients and their needs. I happened upon Spoiled Biker about six months ago and have since gotten to know the entire staff. Although none of my purchases have been large ticket items, they have always been courteous and responsive. Several times I requested items not specifically shown on their website and always they went out of their way to procure them for me. In two such cases the items were unavailable through their network of sources and both times they provided either web links or other information about where I could acquire the product on my own. The fine folks at Spoiled Biker have certainly earned my gratitude and loyalty as a customer.
