Bought a bounce house from them where I noticed it was cheaply made with strings loose in seams and dangerous to my children. They refused to refund me and charged ne more money to get the death trap back. I got it back for then news station wants to do a story in this. They say its not defected and in perfect shape. They must not value childrebs saftey. The supervisor also tried to tell me how long of a period if time my kids used it. WOW. She must have been here ir have psychic abilities. This company is a ripoff scam company and is not customer friendly. They send you cheapest stuff available and could care less.
Purchased a "commercial" grade heat press machine via EBay. Return period was 14 days. Machine stopped functioning completely 19 days after I received it. I didn't even use it every day, but it will no longer heat up. Only response to date is email requesting more detail on what is wrong and a phone number so a technician can call me, but no call as of yet. This is a machine that should last for YEARS, not a few days.
