My cartridge filter was broken and needed replacing. Splish Splash went over my options over the phone and sent a technician out to evaluate. The technician was very knowledgeable and explained a couple of options as to which Filter would work best with my pool setup. He gave me a quote and I checked a couple other places and found the Splish Splash quote to be the most economical. The technician came and set up everything. He cleaned up everything and explained how to operate and clean the new Cartridge filter. A very professional installation. He even painted he pipes that he replaced for the new cartridge filter. I was very satisfied with the work done.

After moving to north central Phoenix, with 32 plus years’ experience in municipal water treatment, I asked the owners of Splish Splash Pools about their training and experience and I walked away very impressed. So much so I hired them. Trust me, over my 32 years of experience I have spoken with a multitude of residents who would call and ask why “our” water was so bad. The majority of pool services in the valley do not understand buffering capabilities and the impact on the pH of your pool water. To compensate for their lack of knowledge many pool services throw chemicals at the problem instead of understanding the basics of water chemistry.
This past summer, while on vacation in San Diego, the office manager called to inform us that there was a problem with our pump, which was not allowing the water to be circulated/filtered. [redacted] offered a recommendation for a company that specializes in pump and piping leak repair and within 24-hours, the problem was resolved and the cost of the repair was less than a tank of gas to drive home from SD.
