Splish Splash Car Wash

I had a negative experience at Splish Splash's Altoona, PA. location in that after I paid the $8 for a mid-priced wash, the wash wouldn't start. I followed the directions to pull up, etc. but when it wouldn't start I backed up and pulled up again until the stop light came on. Still nothing. I gave up and when I got home I called the number listed in the book. An answering machine came on but didn't identify the business. I left a detailed message as to the time and wash stall I was in. I advised since the signs said there were security cameras, to check them. There are 2 locations for this business but the other didn't have an answering machine. I have now called and left messages for 5 days with no response. They are not registered with the local Chamber of Commerce, nor any other place. I will continue to try to reach them. I know it's only $8 but it's still bad business practice.
