I needed to replace some parts for my shower door towel bar and the folks at Splendor did a great job telling me what they needed from me so that they could give me the correct parts and when I stopped in the showroom, they gave me those parts free of charge I assume that the parts were not expensive, but this type of customer service is greatly appreciated If I need a new shower door, I will make sure that I get it from them
Sent letter and video to Splendor Shower Door 7/13/about defective shower door that has leaked since it was installed on 9/24/Rec'd o response
I purchased the Glass shower door from *** in ***, Ohio on 9/14/and had them install it I paid $product: 46" Premier Splendor Shower door,model#1225-60F-CL-SL; Order #***After two service calls by Doyle of ***, it is still not repaired Doyle, the installer told us to send a video of the leak to *** and they would forward to SplendorOn June 5, 2016, Jeffrey M*** of *** stated in an email to me that he sent our video of the leak to Splendor
I have heard nothing from either business, I sent a letter to the product manufacturer with my complaint on 7/13/still with no reply
Since it has been almost a year of making complaints and service calls that did not fix the problem, I do not trust Splendor's product and wish a full refund in the amount
