hello mr [redacted] is correct. I delivered the final video and half of the images. unfortunately I had a mal function on one of the cards that I use that day and I have been unable to retrieve the images. this has never happened to me before and I had tried in many occasions with different...

electronic recovery vendors attempted to retrieve their images with no luck. I feel devastated as the [redacted]s are a very nice couple/people.  I agree since I only delivered half of the product I should offered them a refund. I am willing and able to refund them $600 dlls. on 6 monthly installments of $100 dlls. I wish I could do more. this is all I can do. please feel free if you agree to this and let me know the logistics of this, like where do I make a deposit or where do I send the money orders. thank you
