We have contacted the subject in the complaint and even traveled to his job site to discuss the matters at hand. We determined that we would be able to repair all the issues on the splash pad within the next month to month and a half. The issues related to the splash pad had mostly to do with...

We are currently working on the resolution with an expected completion time of this Friday 8/18. Rick has been very cordial and helpful in working with us to resolve the concerns. We definitely want to make sure that any agreed upon obligations are handled in this matter. Our original intention in this matter was to help the Kids Mission with their project. We gave a significant discount on the products offered (>50% off our retail pricing) just to help with this project,...
and we would very much like for the spirit of that intention to be carried out. For a variety of reasons, multiple miscommunications occurred surrounding this delivery. The shipping company did indeed show signature of receipt for the 2 pallets of the materials by the Kids Mission on or about 12/06/2016. Regardless, there seems to be certain components not present.Our owner is going to be on site with this customer this week and inspect what was received and make sure that whatever needs to be provided to complete the agreed upon purchase be sent out as soon as possible to this customer. We expect this to be a happy experience, in the end, for everyone involved.
