Splashes Car Wash I

Review: Agreed with Splashes Management to split the cost to buff out residue on my vehicle in December, 2013. I picked up my vehicle on Monday, December [redacted] 2013 and noticed that they did not perform satisfactory and I was told that I need to bring my vehicle back to them the following Sunday, December [redacted]. I stated that I had given them the opportunity to correct the agreed to buff out and they failed to do so. As I walked around my truck I noticed an approximately 7 inch long x 1 inch wide scratch on the right lower side of my tailgate. I told mgmt that the scratch was not there when I dropped my truck off to them and I received a song and dance and no accountability on their part for the damage. I have brought my vehicle to this facility an average of every two weeks for the past 1 1/2 years and never had a problem with the service until now.Desired Settlement: My desired settlement description is that I want Splashes to pay for repairs to the scratch damage to my tailgate (Cost unknown at this time) and refund the $50.00 that I paid for the buff out on my vehicle that was not satisfactory.
