I never signed an agreement or had a verbal agreement with [redacted] about the pool being salt water pool I bought the account from Norm Carpenter, Classic Pool Service While talking to [redacted] I told her I did not know the pool was a salt water pool but I would talk to Norm about it She did not want to listen to me or wait for an answer and fired me on the spot When I talked to Norm he said it was a chlorine pool and had been for more than years before I took it over He said the salt water equipment needed expensive repairs and [redacted] did not want to spend the money so he converted it to a chlorine pool for her I also left reports every time I serviced the pool stating how many chlorine tabs I put into the pools floaterFor a year and a half she never asked why there was a floater in her pool with chlorine tabs in it I feel like she is trying to get someone else to pay for the repairs that she could not afford for the last plus years
As I said before I purchased [redacted] ***'s account from Classic Pools about a year and a half ago I was told by Classic that the pool was a chlorine pool I have talked to Norm several times since the first complaint and he has verified to me that it is and has been a chlorine pool for years before I bought it I don't know how many years it has been since he talked to [redacted] about repairing the salt water system Norm only said that she did not have the money to do so I suggest you talk to Classic Pools since they know the history of the pool As I said before this has nothing to do with me!To the Revdex.com, PLEASE DO NOT HARASS ME ABOUT THIS MATTER ANY MORE!!!!!
I am rejecting this response because:
I am rejecting this response because: I did purchase this house in July 2007, when I was responding to splash pool response I was upset and thinking " I bought this house years ago how did I ask norm at classic pool to covert the pool to a chlorine pool before I even purchased the house" My mistake and I apologizeI believe that splash pool should be financially responsible for fixing the damage that the company did to my salt water poolI have now paid over 900.00$ to get my pool repaired and safeI also feel that the monthly service fee of $for each month splash pool was my pool service should be refunded to me because my salt water pool was not being taken care of properlyThank you
I never signed an agreement or had a verbal agreement with
[redacted] about the pool being salt water pool. I bought the account from Norm
Carpenter, Classic Pool Service. While talking to [redacted]
I told her I did not know the pool was a salt water pool but I would talk...
to Norm about it. She
did not want to listen to me or wait for an answer and fired me on the spot.
When I talked to Norm he said it was a chlorine pool and had been for
more than 10 years before I took it over. He said the salt water equipment needed
expensive repairs and [redacted] did not want to spend the money so he converted it
to a chlorine pool for her. I also left reports every
time I serviced the pool stating how many chlorine tabs I put into the pools
floater. For a year and a half she never asked why there was a floater in her
pool with chlorine tabs in it. I feel like she is trying to get someone else to pay for the repairs that she could not afford for the last 10 plus years.
