Review: Splash Pool Company has received a down payment to install an above ground pool on March 17, 2016. I haven't heard from them since. I have tried to contact them MANY times, by phone and e-mail, and have had no success. I have 3 telephone numbers that never get answered.Desired Settlement: Contact me and complete the job immediately

Review: Supposedly brand new gas stove installed with a broken heating tray, and log set. Company will not honor any warranty and wish to charge additionally

Around May 19, 2012 we experienced a small house fire that required us to purchase a new gas stove. We chose an Osburn West Bay 38 propane stove. We paid $1823.00 for it in addition to $250.00 dollars for labor and an additional part. We started to use the stove when it got cold in October of that year. By Jan of 2012 we noticed an unusual amount of soot build-up on the glass as well as up the outside wall through the vent. We began calling the company asking for them to come and look at the issue. The company has not been very helpful at all. They sent someone out to look at it around February 2012. The company informed me it was a broke heating tray. They would order it and charge $300.00 dollars for the part and $250.00 for labor. The company should honor their side and fix the faulty stove they put in. The stove didn't even last through the winter in California before breaking down.Desired Settlement: I want the faulty parts replaced as warranty work, and the soot problem to be resolved. I would like assurances that it will actually last when it gets fixed.
