I purchased an automatic car wash in the first bay for $on April 15th, You pull in, the pre soak starts and shuts offI had to pull out with a soapy vehicle, I used cash for this purchaseI noticed the second auto bay seemed to be working, so I used that oneAgain for $7, but with my debit card insteadSame thing happened ANOTHER TIMEI stopped the gentlemen before me and he said his didn't work eitherThat's $in a matter of minutes charged for services not received! I called and called the phone number with no answerTheir reviews on line and Facebook are all terrible

THIS CARWASH PLACE HAS SOME KIND OF ABSENTEE OWNERSHIP NO ONE COMES THERE DURING THE DAY THERE IS NO PHONE NUMBER ON THE DOOR ANYMORE & THE NUMBER ONLINE JUST RINGS & RINGS & NO ONE ANSWERS ACCORDING TO THE GOOGLE REVIEWS LOTS OF PEOPLE HAVE THE SAME PROBLEM SEVERAL PARTS OF THE EQUIPMENT IN THE AUTOMATIC WASHES ARE BROKEN & AS A RESULT IT DOES NOT WASH THE VEHICLES SOMEONE SOMEWHERE IS COLLECTING THE MONEY BUT YOU CAN'T REACH THEM TO LET THEM KNOW THE PROBLEM OR ASK FOR A REFUND
