The issue with this client has been resolved as of 2-27-The initial timeline complaints provided by the client should have been directed to his HOAAs we looked at the various emails he forwarded us, it is clear he had no response from them as it relates to his request for follow upThe result was an assumption by the client that we were not responding! I personally met the client onsite at this home 2-26-along with my Operations Manager to rectify the issue and as I understood it (at that time) the client was going to remove his complaint with the Revdex.com based on the timeline and procedure clarifications we provided him
