[redacted] ANDREA R THE OWNER/OPERATOR [redacted] JOB SHE DID ON MY CABINET DOORS WAS AWFUL From the first appointment with the owner Andrea R she was an hour and a half late (RED FLAG SHOULD HAVE FOLLOWED MY GUT) She had many no show/no call appointments with me when I was expecting her (Paint drop off for the DIY kit) â ¦ then when I asked where she was she gave me attitude like it was my fault and I'm bothering herShe told me my cabinet doors would be returned with in days which turned into weeksWhen I did get my cabinet doors back the work was terribleShe said that she would fill the edges with caulkingWell she did but it was gobbed on in some places and it was cracked and never touched up in othersNo filler used to clean up pin holes in the wood (oak doors) â ¦with regards to the paintin some spots it was very heavily applied and some spots very thinThere where runs, drips & bubbles all over the doorsIn one spot you can see that they dropped the door but never bothered to touch the paint back upOne door even has the plastic wrap look because she wrapped them too early after the paint was appliedI WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE AND EVEN WORSE WORKMAN SHIP [redacted]

She said that she would fill the edges with caulking.. Well she did but it was gobbed on in some places and it was cracked and never touched up in others. No filler used to clean up pin holes in the wood (oak doors) …with regards to the paint... in some spots it was very heavily applied and some spots very thin.
