24 to 48 business hours (the speed of the adjustment is up to your credit card issuer. We send in the accurate amount as soon as the transaction is completed) and it will reflect your correct charges at that time. I wish we could get rid of the preauthorization place holder charge all together. When we bought the place in [redacted], it was a [redacted] charge. We have it at its lowest possible increment, but let me reiterate it is not a charge on your card. Just a place holder. Please close the request and consider me an unsatisfied customer. You can't tell me that holding someone's money, without notifying them, is an acceptable business practice. Regardless of the amount, it's not yours to hold even if it is for just 48 hours. I will not go back and my complaints will remain the same. Sadly, this cannot be resolved. The owner has made that point clear. Interesting, though, that this is the only business I've ever experienced this issue with.
