I went here on Saturday the 17th of August. I swiped my debit card to use the vacuum. Sign stated it was $1 they charged me $15 there is no contact number anywhere. I want my $14 back

On 11/11/18 paid $12.00 for touchless car wash, drove in and it just sprayed soap on front of car. Was waiting for it to wash and it never did. Then red light flashes that it was done and for me to move vehicle. Seriously, I just want a refund. It does state all around that they have cameras. I was there between 10:30 -11:00 am. I would really appreciate help with this matter. The only number found and called was *** and they don't own business, they only installed equipment.

The owner left a message for thecustomer and did not receive a return call. The owner issued a full refund check to the customer in theamount of $12 dollars and mailed it on 11/27 /18. Splash N Dash would like to note that the businessphone number is posted in numerous locations throughout the car wash and customer issues areresolved in a professional and courteous manner.
