Hello [redacted] After careful review of the customers complaint I don't know why her warranty was cancelledHowever, even thou the customer wasn't charged for this warranty on her contract which doesn't reflect on her finance contract with [redacted] , I will still honor a (1) year Limited Powertrain / Engine warranty on her car from todays date (September 2, 2015)Also I am amazingly shocked that none of my employees contacted this [redacted] since we strive on customer satisfactionPlease have the customer come back to the dealership and I will give her updated warranty paperwork after she signs a releaseIf you have any questions or further concerns regarding this complaint please call me at [redacted] (cell)Thank You, Ayhan C***, owner
