Tropical Smoothie has been advertising to promote business to install an app on your smart phone When the app is installed you get a $app coupon on your next visit toward anything you purchase In addition as you purchase products after so many purchases you get a free product This app has been advertised and I installed it over months ago I still had not used my free visit coupon I went to use it today and was told it wasn't setup yet While they have no issue when you are purchasing products there of not telling you it is setup only when you go to use it This does not seem ethical On top of it the staff was rude about it when I got questioned them on it Although it is only $how many other customers is this impacting and they just don't bother to say anything because it is only $ Not a happy customer
