Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me Regards, [redacted]
Good afternoon [redacted] ,Mr [redacted] took his vehicle to Spitzer Chevrolet to have the high pressure fuel pump concern addressedThe pump is under the hoodFrom what I can understand in MrStacknick's complaint is that the heat/defrost/air conditioning mode doors are not operatingThe tech working on the underhood repair would have not done anything that would cause the door(s) to malfunctionIt take as much as hours to repair a center door or as little as hours to repair some othersIf the defroster wasn't operating properly, I would assume that due to weather conditions during Jan and Feb that the dealership would have been alerted prior to days.I have discussed the situation with MrJoe M***, Service Manager, and he has agreed to waive the diagnostic fee if Mr [redacted] would like to take the vehicle back to AmherstHe will also do the repairs (if needed) at a discounted rate for MrStacknickHe will be provided with a complete estimate prior to repairs beginning.Should Mr [redacted] wish to have the sticking caliper repaired, MrM [redacted] will also perform this safety related repair at a discount
Revdex.com: I stated that the sales man gave me the correct copy of the carfax then took it from me when I said it shows an accidentHe then told me it was for a different carThey completely ignored that I had mentioned this and is trying to say it happened after arikWe bought the car in July and we had carfaxes For same car but the salesman took it to hide the fact it was in a car accidentInstead makes it look line it is no big deal that we were given informationI'm pretty sure carfax could possibly see when a carfax was pulled on a vehicle and I can guarantee there was one pulled the day we bought the equinoxIf I were a reputable dealer I would of done anything I could to make it right, instead they act like it's no big dealI just wonder what legal action can be taken against this I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below [To assist us in bringing this matter to a close, we would like to know your view on the matter.] Regards, *** [redacted]
