Review: I sent a [redacted] 3 to them in 2012 for repair. I paid 185 dollars to have it repaired. It was sent back to me working in a few months. The console came with a 1 year warranty. It was used for just under 3 months and it failed again. I contacted the company and was told to send it back for warranty work. I sent it back and I haven't received it back to this day. I have contacted them by phone and text multiple times. We agreed on just sending me a replacement console. I waited a few more months and nothing arrived. I contacted them again and they said it was difficult repair. I reminded them of the agreement we had that they would send a replacement. I still didn't receive anything. I started texting them so that I would have the conversations in writing and could keep track of the dates more easily. It has been drug out so long I couldn't have kept track of it if I didn't. I can provide any of the text messages, tracking information or payment information if needed.Desired Settlement: I would like to receive a replacement like I was told from the start after they determined the motherboard they charged me for couldn't be repaired.

Unfortunately,the product has never been shipped to my attention, and I have never received an explanation why it was not shipped. After 5 weeks of waiting for my order you have sent me a Portable IR Reflow Station Repair Game Consoles GPU [redacted] as a satisfactory item as the service was very slow. I am disappointed because they have never sent the item I purchased and they never reimbursed me the amount I paid $395.99 plus $75.00 for the shipppig. ( It has been 13 weeks now and I'm still waiting for reimbursement)

To resolve the problem, I would appreciate they reimburse my card credit for the amount of $470.95 less the unit ($99.95) they sent me.

I have sent them a complaint letter on October 23rd and I have gave them 7 days before I seek help from a Revdex.com.Desired Settlement: Reimbursement of $371.00 to my credit card.
